Pregnancy yoga with Bec was one of the life changing moments during my pregnancy.
Bec has created a beautiful space and community for mums to be to come together - she holds the space with such calm, loving and supportive energy. Through my sessions with her I felt my confidence increase in my changing body, I felt supported by her and the other women as I navigated the emotional and mental changes and challenges I experienced throughout the pregnancy from 14 weeks to 40 weeks. I felt myself transform from feeling anxious and vulnerable to feeling confident and fully embracing the beautiful journey into motherhood.
