We use only plant-based, natural ingredients. Each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness, and we steer clear of synthetic fragrances, parabens, and harsh chemicals.
3. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and nourishing, making them suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, please review the ingredient list provided for each product. It’s always recommended to do a small patch test on your skin before using on your face and body.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not at this stage. However we may look into shipping internationally in the future.
11. What is your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we don’t generally accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are not happy with our product, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
12. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped promptly. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

13. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritise sustainability in every step, from sourcing ingredients to packaging. Most of our packaging is recyclable or reusable, and we encourage customers to recycle responsibly.
14. Do you offer refills or recycling programs?
